County Gates House is a landmark site in Poole, on the historical marking of the boundary between Poole and Bournemouth.
When Robert acquired the site it was in need of complete renovation. In a bid to maximise the potential of the County Gates House, and offer future tenants optimum quality office space, Robert extended the building, creating a dramatic new façade and terrace to the front of the ground floor, as well as a striking new reception area/ entrance foyer to raise the quality and visual impact of the building.
